The American University International Law Review (AUILR), established in 1986, is ranked in the top 25 international law journals in the United States. AUILR publishes innovative, original scholarship that makes a significant contribution to the field of international, comparative, and foreign law. We welcome submissions from legal scholars, practitioners, doctoral degree candidates, and experienced experts on topics of private or public international law, U.S foreign policy, and related fields and interdisciplinary work.
